Tan Son Nhat Airport Terminal 3 Project is a national key project invested by Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV), which commenced construction in late 2022 with a total investment of nearly VND 11 trillion.

ATAD, the leading steel structure contractor in Vietnam, was awarded the steel structure package by Construction Corporation No. 1, undertaking the design, fabrication, and erection of the entire steel structure system for this iconic project. In addition, ATAD is also a member of the Vietur consortium that won the bid for the construction and installation of passenger terminal equipment at Long Thanh International Airport.
With high expertise in oversized and overweight transportation, PPL is proud to be chosen by ATAD as a partner to transport over 3,156 tons of steel structure from ATAD factories in Long An and Dong Nai to the construction site, contributing to the construction of this national key project.

- Over 1,650 tons of steel are transported from the ATAD Long An factory.
- Over 1,505 tons of steel are transported from the ATAD Dong Nai factory.
- The steel structures are ~24m long and ~5m wide.
- Estimated transportation time is from May 2024 to September 2024.
