In Nam Sam 3 project, PPL's ​​partner is SCI E&C Joint Stock Company. PPL is in charge of customs clearance and transportation of bulk cargo from Vietnam to Laos.

Consignment volume: 23 tons

Transport route: from Hanoi and Bac Ninh to the construction site of Nam Sam 3 Hydropower Plant (Houphanh province, Laos).
