RECRUITMENT PROJECT DIRECTOR

Job Description:

• Responsible to the CEO for all management, operational, and organizational activities within the scope of customs work, freight forwarding, warehouse storage, transportation, loading and unloading, and project site operations, ensuring contract requirements and job quality are met.
• Responsible for resolving issues and obstacles throughout the project implementation.
• Coordinate with departments and units to allocate manpower and resources, delegate tasks, and supervise the performance of all project participants. Participate in directing and managing subcontractors alongside the business department.
• Manage customer debts, direct sub-departments and operational units in the project team to promptly and accurately allocate production costs and project expenses.
• Advise the CEO in selecting capable and reasonably priced subcontractors for project-related tasks (construction, transport, loading and unloading, services, etc.).
• Manage project-related physical facilities; organize internal meetings and customer meetings promptly to deploy tasks, evaluate experiences, and resolve challenges arising in management, operation, and production organization.
• Represent the company's leadership in meetings with clients, investors, and related parties. Depending on the situation, the Head of Department has the authority to delegate attendance to project officers.
• Report to the CEO on the status of project management and operations. Coordinate with departments and units in managing and operating specialized tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Male, aged 30 and above.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• University degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Proficiency in office software.
