RECRUITMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTICS STAFF
Job Description:
-
Plan and arrange transportation for Cy, CFS, FCL, and Air shipments (contact vendors to obtain size information, coordinate with relevant parties for instructions).

Monitor FHS inbound shipments.

Provide transportation schedules to customers, confirm and arrange transportation plans according to customer requirements.
-
Report transportation plans to FHS every morning at 8 am.

Check shipment information (ETA, Freetime, debit, etc.) and respond to emails regarding related shipments.

Coordinate transportation with vendors.
-
Consolidate documents for payment of transportation fees to vendors.
-
Create GNVC vouchers for FHS shipments.
-
Prepare weekly and monthly cargo volume reports.
-
Handle cargo delivery when necessary.
-
Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
REQUEST: -
Male, aged 23 and above.
-
1 year or more of experience in logistics.
-
College degree or higher in Logistics, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.

Basic communication skills in English or Chinese.
-
Willingness to travel on business trips when required.

Proficient in office computer skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure.
