JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Management of mining techniques

- On behalf of the General Director to handle the work of dossiers and papers; Approving technical plans before and after the company signs a contract of transportation, repair plans...

- Support the General Director in formulating Strategy, and plans in the field of exploitation techniques, project management, and maintenance. Set goals and policies for the management of Mining Engineering departments.

- Presiding over the formulation of construction bidding measures upon the opinion of the General Director, monitoring the progress and construction process of projects according to the scope of work.

- Directing quality control, project completion schedule; Directing the Mining Technical Department…

- Directing the planning, transportation, and relocation of super-heavy goods of industrial plants - industrial parks or construction projects and installation of oversized equipment.

- Work with relevant agencies in organizing and transporting goods.

- Regularly learn, monitor and capture information on domestic and foreign investment and import projects and projects.

2. Personnel management

- Directing the organization, compilation, and compilation of documents, storage, exploitation, and management of documents in the Mining Engineering sector.

- Training and building a team of staff of the Mining Engineering Department to meet job requirements.

- Managing and operating all technical work during project implementation.

3. Report directly to the General Director.

REQUEST:

1. Education/professional qualifications

- Graduated from University of Science and Technology, University of Technical Pedagogy, University of Transport, Maritime University in one of the following majors: Mechanical, dynamic engineering, automobile; Mechanical; Mechatronics; Ship design (Preferably equal or better).

- Office computer equivalent to B or higher.

- English level equivalent to B or higher.

2. Skills

- Organizational and supervisory skills.

- Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.

- Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work well in a volatile and high-pressure environment.

3. Experience

- At least 8 years of experience in the field of super-heavy transport or installation and construction. At least 5 years of operating experience.

- Experience in interacting with relevant agencies.
