Job Description:

Receive plans from the technical department, prepare cost estimates and deployment plans for heavy equipment and manpower to meet project deadlines.
Conduct market surveys, calculate transportation costs for each route, propose optimal and safe solutions.
Monitor production schedules to plan vehicle and material preparation.
Manage tools and equipment to ensure timely support for ongoing projects.
Participate in on-site production when required.
Manage the company's heavy equipment fleet. Handle registration, inspection, and insurance procedures for the heavy equipment.
Monitor and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on equipment and manpower management to TOD leadership.
Manage attendance records for the heavy equipment team (operations unit).
Perform other tasks as required.

REQUEST:

University degree from reputable institutions such as Maritime University, University of Transport, University of Engineering, Nha Trang University, Industrial University, majoring in: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Transportation and Logistics (Priority for candidates with above-average grades).
Proficiency in automotive engineering and technical knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Good health condition, ability to travel for work as per production plans or business needs.
Diligent, professional attitude, and strong work ethic.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
