RECRUITMENT POSITION:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for the Company's legal issues;

- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction records. Controlling the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company;

- Researching laws, decrees, and circulars, related to the field of operation of the Company;

- Research, learn, and regularly update the latest information on the law for the management level;

- Responsible for carrying out procedures related to documents and procedures such as establishment, change, and trademark registration, ...

- Prepare and manage company records. Check, edit, supplement, and complete legal documents, issued documents, and transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the enterprise law, labor law, and other regulations of the State ;

- Other tasks as requested by superiors.

REQUEST:

- Male/Female aged 23 and over;

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

- University degree in Law or related discipline;

- Preferably having a lawyer's practicing certificate;

- Good English (4 skills);

- Proficient in office;

- Ability to solve problems;

- Able to work under pressure.
