JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the company's vehicles and equipment or as decentralized;
- Planning and organizing the implementation of registration, registration, inspection, and insurance for all means of production equipment assigned by the Company;
- Capture information on domestic and foreign investment and import projects and projects;
- Establishing relationships with subcontractors in the area they are in charge of;
- Making estimates and net quotes for the sales department, preparing bid documents;
- Coordinate with relevant units to plan transportation;
- Direct the preparation of means, equipment, and human resources, according to the survey request form, and the assignment sheet of the works, at the request of the Sales Department;
- Coordinate with departments and units to cooperate and run the project smoothly and smoothly;
- Follow up on the delivery of projects at the request of the sales department;
- Directing the planning, transportation, and relocation of super-transparent goods of industrial plants - industrial parks or construction projects and installation of oversized equipment;
- Support to participate in a survey, plan, and field command-related jobs: Transport, loading, unloading, and moving equipment when assigned tasks by superiors;
- Working with relevant agencies and departments in organizing the transportation of goods;
- Submit to the Board of Directors the plan to coordinate manpower and equipment in the whole mining block system;
- Check and supervise mining operations at the branch;
- Participating in formulating unit prices, and economic and technical norms of the Company;
- Implement the contract work performed by the department;
- Management of contract costs, acceptance and finalization of output, fixed norms.
- Manage and maintain the department's records according to the Company's regulations.
- Procurement of materials within the scope of decentralization;
- Perform other tasks at the request of departmental leaders and the Board of General Directors.
REQUEST:
- Education and professional qualifications: Graduated from the University of Science and Technology, University of Technical Pedagogy, University of Transport, Maritime University in one of the following majors: Dynamic mechanical engineering, car; Mechanical; Mechatronics; Ship design (Preferably equal or better).
- Office computer equivalent to B or higher.
- Leadership skills; planning; organize and supervise work; analyzing, synthesizing, making reports; good communication.
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in similar work; At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Honesty, courage, enthusiasm for work.
- Creativity at work.
