RECRUITMENT POSITION:

Chairman of legal trade department

INCOME:

Negotiable (Depending on experience)

WORKING LOCATION:

41-43 Tran Cao Van, Vo Thi Sau ward, District 3, HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Reviewing and appraising the legitimacy of documents, contracts,... signed by the Company;

- Monitor and inspect the implementation of laws, charters, internal rules, and regulations of the Company;

- Advising, advising, and providing legal support to the Board of Directors;

- Working with legal agencies and solving arising issues related to the law;

- On behalf of the Company to conduct legal procedures in the process of complaints, disputes, and related legal proceedings;

- Manage, train, and coach all levels of staff in the room;

- Directly report to the Board of Directors related work;

- Timely and accurate update of legal documents and policies related to the organization and production and business activities of the Company;

- Implement the regime of periodic reports as prescribed and ad hoc as required;

- Other legal duties as assigned by the Company's Leaders.

REQUEST:

- Male/Female age 32 and older;

- 5+ years of experience in a similar position;

- University degree in Law or related discipline;

- Preferably having a lawyer's practicing certificate;

- Good English (4 skills);

- Proficient in office;

- Ability to solve problems;

- Is responsible for the work;

- Able to work under pressure.
