Barossa-Singapore project

02 packages 6701A and 6701B were moved from Vina-Offshore port to Dong Xuyen port and loaded out on the barge. The works performed in the project include:

- Gathering manpower, means, and equipment into Dong Xuyen port.

- Install pump, pipe, and winch… according to plan and conduct pre-ballast for the pump.

- Alignment of brackets on a barge, welding, and NDT.

- Gather trailers to Vina-Offshore port. Combine the trailer group into the configuration according to the plan.

- Move the trailer to the receiving position 6701A, and proceed to tie the package to the trailer.

- Test lift. We are relocating parcel 6701A from Vina-Offshore port to Dong Xuyen port. Lower the package onto the pre-arranged concrete blocks in the area near the load-out position.

- Check pump operation.

- Rotate the barge, adjust, and mooring the barge into the jetty for load-out.

- Trailer moves bale 6701A to a load-out position.

- Install the bridge. Load out the bale 6701A onto the barge, the trailer lowers the package onto the pre-loaded pillows. Sea fasting parcels. Trailer to Vina-Offshore port to prepare for the relocation of 6701B.

- Move the trailer to the position of receiving package 6701B, and proceed to tie the package to the trailer.

- Test lift. We are relocating parcel 6701B from Vina-Offshore port to Dong Xuyen port. Lower the package to the pre-arranged concrete pillows in the area near the load-out position.

- Trailer moves bale 6701B to a load-out position.

- Install the bridge. Load-out bale 6701B, trailer lowers the package onto pre-loaded pillows. Sea fasting parcels. The trailer leaves the barge.

- Check sea-fastening and NDT on welds. Ballast pump for sea transport.

- The barge leaves the port.

- Handing over parcels, and clearing vehicles and equipment to the yard.
