In addition, the Department prioritizes key occupations and economic sectors in the field of logistics services, on that basis, it proposes additional adjustments to groups of logistics occupations at vocational education institutions in the province.

Periodically conduct market surveys and assess the quality of human resources of enterprises in the field of logistics services; strengthen relations and cooperation with high-quality schools to visit and study in order to improve management capacity and quality of human resource training; guide training institutions and enterprises to attract highly skilled human resources in the field of logistics services based on the actual demand for human resources of the labor market; Taking the credit of the labor market to students after graduation is the criterion to evaluate the prestige and quality of vocational training institutions in the province, Mr. Quang Truc added.

In the past time, in order to develop policies to support logistics enterprises, Quang Ninh province has promoted linkages between institutes, universities, and enterprises to form a high-quality human resource training network.

It is known that on July 28, 2017, Quang Ninh province issued Plan No. 14/KH-UBND July 28, 2017, and Plan No. 174/KH-UBND dated September 20, 2021, on improving competitiveness. compete and develop logistics services in Quang Ninh province by 2025.

This plan has been disseminated to all departments, units of departments, branches, localities, and vocational education institutions in the province. The development of thematic pages and categories on the provincial and local mass media about human resource needs and develop strategies for logistics industries of the province, localities, units, etc. Businesses and investors are also actively deployed, thereby contributing to the orientation of vocational training suitable to the needs of enterprises in the field of logistics.

Up to now, the number of trained workers has increased year by year, initially meeting the recruitment demand in logistics development in the province. Particularly in the period 2017-2021, the average number of students enrolled for training every year is over 36,000 people for more than 100 occupations, of which enrollment and training in occupations related to logistics services accounted for 74. 3% of the total enrollment and focus mainly on operating groups and professions. At the same time, the quality of human resources of Quang Ninh province has been improved, both in terms of professional qualifications and skills and maintained a stable growth rate in quantity, contributing to bringing the rate of trained laborers to a higher level. The province's GDP will increase from 71% in 2017 to over 85.5% in 2022.

According to statistics, the whole province of Quang Ninh has 42 vocational education institutions and establishments engaged in vocational education activities (2 universities, 6 colleges, 1 secondary school, and 13 vocational education centers). continuing education - 20 units including non-business units and enterprises engaged in vocational education activities).
