Planning project in Nenh town, Hong Thai commune and Quang Minh commune, Viet Yen district. The boundary is bounded to the North by the Co River (Quang Minh Commune, Hong Thai Commune), the South and East by Hanoi - Lang Son Railway, the Northeast by National Highway 31, the West by DT268.

The area studied and planned is about 49.39ha; population is about 1,800 people. The planning area is characterized as an inland port (ICD), a mixed logistics service trade, a port urban area with modern and synchronous technical and social infrastructure.

The detailed planning project must comply with the approved general planning project orientation, standards, regulations and current status of the study area.

General landscape architectural space such as: Logistics tourist area, container yard, warehouse is the core function, built in association with railway station, main traffic road connecting National Highway 37, DT 295B, Tel 298, Ring Road IV helps to ensure the transportation of goods via international road and rail, synchronously connecting with neighboring plans and projects.

The port urban area is located in the Northeast, adjacent to National Highway 37, with many construction investment items such as: technical infrastructure works (internal roads, parking lots, water supply, drainage, etc.) water, electricity supply, lighting,...), inland port works, warehouses, cargo yards, public works, houses,....
