Xuan Truong 1 Wind Power Plant Project is invested by Xuan Truong Wind Energy Joint Stock Company (headquartered in D'ran town, Don Duong district); total land use area 32.5 ha (of which temporary land area is 15 ha); Total investment capital is expected to be more than 2,212 billion VND.

Xuan Truong 1 Wind Power Plant Project with a capacity of 50 MW; scale of construction of 12 wind turbines, including 10 turbines (capacity of 4.2 MW) and 2 turbines (capacity of 4 MW); average power output of 180 GWh/year.

Meanwhile, Xuan Truong 2 Wind Power Plant Project is invested by Cao Nguyen Wind Energy Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Tram Hanh Commune, Da Lat City); total land area expected to be used is 31.2 ha (temporary land area is 14.4 ha); The project has an estimated total investment capital of more than 2,186 billion VND.

Xuan Truong 2 Wind Power Plant Project has a capacity of 48 MW with a scale of 12 wind turbines with a capacity of 4 MW; average power 170 GWh/year.

Both of the above projects have a duration of operation within 50 years from the date of investment policy decision (September 19, 2022); The time for the implementation of turbine calibration, testing, acceptance and operation of the project is from the first quarter of 2025 - the second quarter of 2025.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requires the investor to complete all procedures on land, construction, environment and other related procedures in accordance with current regulations before implementing the project.
