The project is located within close proximity to logistics centers such as seaports (Sa Ky and Dung Quat), airports (Chu Lai and Da Nang), and the Da Nang - Quang Ngai highway.

“Major trends in decarbonization and urbanization are continuing to shape the Vietnamese economy. Through constructing Sembcorp Logistics Park Quang Ngai, we hope to provide businesses with solutions, thereby improving operational efficiency and contributing to Vietnam's path towards sustainable development.", Mr. Charles Chong, Sembcorp Development Director in Vietnam.

Sembcorp has developed logistics centers in Ho Chi Minh City. Hai Phong is equipped with rooftop solar panels, providing 2.7MWp of green electricity to customers.

In 2021, Sembcorp Logistics Park Hai Duong is the first warehouse project in Vietnam to register for the Lotus green certificate - a green building assessment system developed by the Vietnam Green Building Council.

Sembcorp marked its expansion into the Central region through logistics centers in Quang Ngai and Nghe An, becoming a pioneer in the warehousing business in the region.

Sembcorp invested in Vietnam in 1996, through the establishment of the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP). Since then, 12 VSIPs have been developed across economic regions in Vietnam, attracting $17.6 billion in investment from around 850 international manufacturers and businesses.

The company is also a longtime electricity supplier in Vietnam through the development of the first standalone power project Phu My 3, a 746MW combined cycle gas turbine facility.
