Role overview
The Deputy Manager of Project Engineering (Equipment Management) is responsible for supporting the management and operation of technical activities, including fleet, equipment, and warehouse systems, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role plays a key part in maintenance planning, asset control, process standardization, and optimizing equipment utilization to meet the company’s business and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet, Equipment & Warehouse Management
Oversee the overall management, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, equipment, and tools across the company
Organize and control warehouse operations, ensuring proper management of inventory, spare parts, lubricants, and tools (inbound–outbound–stock)
Coordinate and manage the dispatching of vehicles and equipment in accordance with procedures and standards
Planning & Operational Control
Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans based on equipment usage and operational history
Lead the preparation and control of maintenance and repair budgets for vehicles and equipment
Allocate and optimize fleet and equipment resources based on business and operational demands
Process & Technical Standards Development
Advise on and standardize procedures, regulations, and technical standards related to fleet, equipment, and warehouse management
Ensure consistent system operations in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Compliance & Legal Management
Manage documentation related to registration, inspection, and legal compliance of vehicles and equipment
Ensure full compliance with government regulations during operations
Digitalization & Systems
Implement digital transformation initiatives in equipment and warehouse management
Coordinate the operation and improvement of management systems (TMS or equivalent) to enhance efficiency
Team Management & Development
Organize and manage the activities of the equipment management team
Train and develop team members to improve operational effectiveness
Other Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management
Key Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marine Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within transportation, logistics, or related industries
Strong understanding of transport engineering, fleet, and equipment management in operational environments
Experience in maintenance planning, control, and operation of vehicles and equipment
Experience with management systems (TMS or equivalent) is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

08:00 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday and Saturday morning, or as required by management based on work conditions)
