Role overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing clients, expanding market presence, and executing business activities from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Market Development
Identify, build, and manage a pipeline of potential customers
Analyze market trends, define target customer segments, and develop effective approaches
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Expand the customer network in line with targeted industries and markets
Sales Execution
Coordinate with internal departments to develop suitable logistics solutions
Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients
Source and collaborate with service providers to optimize solutions
Monitor contract signing and execution processes
Reporting & Business Control
Report on customer status, business opportunities, and sales performance
Track and update market information, competitors, and industry trends
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve arising issues
Support accounts receivable follow-up and collection
Key Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Import-Export, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields
Good understanding of logistics, import-export, or project cargo markets
Experience in sales or related roles is an advantage
Strong ability in market analysis and customer development
Existing industry network is a plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Result-oriented mindset with resilience under sales pressure
Strong problem-solving and situation-handling skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Good command of English; a second foreign language is an advantage
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
