The Nhon Trach 3&4 Thermal Power Project has made new progress in its construction process. Here, the first of six important shipments has successfully completed its journey to the construction site in Vietnam.
Goals & Scope of Work
The Nhon Trach 3&4 Thermal Power Project is Vietnam's first plant to utilize liquefied natural gas (LNG) for renewable energy. This project is being implemented by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation/Lilama-Samsung consortium, with PPL acting as the project's transportation partner, providing import customs clearance and domestic transportation services for the plant.
On August 20, 2023, the project achieved a new milestone when the first of six crucial shipments successfully arrived at the construction site in Vietnam.
