Goals & Scope of Work

  • PPL participated in providing logistics services for the Nam San 3 Hydropower Plant Project in Laos, including transportation, port handling and customs clearance for equipment serving the plant construction.

  • The scope of work included transporting project cargo from Hai Phong Port to the project site in Laos over a distance of approximately 450 km, with a total cargo volume of more than 6,000 CBM and the heaviest cargo weighing up to 147 tons.

  • The project required close coordination between domestic transportation, customs clearance and cross-border operations to ensure project safety and schedule compliance throughout the execution process.
