Goals & Scope of Work
PPL participated in providing logistics services for the Nam San 3 Hydropower Plant Project in Laos, including transportation, port handling and customs clearance for equipment serving the plant construction.
The scope of work included transporting project cargo from Hai Phong Port to the project site in Laos over a distance of approximately 450 km, with a total cargo volume of more than 6,000 CBM and the heaviest cargo weighing up to 147 tons.
The project required close coordination between domestic transportation, customs clearance and cross-border operations to ensure project safety and schedule compliance throughout the execution process.
