Ship Unloader F1000
PPL executed site-move and installation services for the Ship Unloader F1000 system at PTSC Phu My Port, including the transportation, lifting, and positioning of oversized and heavy-lift equipment with a maximum weight of up to 310 tons.
The project falls under port equipment installation with high technical requirements, demanding precise coordination between transportation and installation under restricted space and live port operating conditions.
Goals & Scope of Work
- The Ship Unloader F1000 project was implemented to support cargo handling operations at the port, requiring the installation of large-scale and heavy equipment within a confined working environment.
- PPL participated as the service provider for site-move and installation of oversized and heavy equipment, including receiving, transporting, and positioning the ship unloader system from the staging area to its designated installation location at the port.
- The scope of work included transportation using SPMT systems, coordination of lifting equipment, and execution of installation works with high precision in accordance with project technical requirements.

- Developed detailed operation planning to ensure safety within the active port area
